Nevadas black bookThe “list of Excluded Persons” is popularly known as the “black book” and is maintained by the Nevada Gaming Commission and State Gaming Control Board. The book itself is not black at all, it is actually silver in color, and includes the head shots of individuals that are banned from entering Nevada casinos for life. An individual could be entered into the book based on prior convictions and/or reputation. If you were on the black list and still decided to enter one of Nevada’s casinos you would face a criminal charge, while the Casino officials who tolerate or fail to report visits by Black Book members face fines or even the loss of their license.
